After the Russian attack on Kyiv, 32 people are currently known to have died, including 4 children, and 117 were injured.
This was reported to the Kyiv police.
«One of the targets of the Russian army was the children's medical institution Okhmatdyt, where children from all over Ukraine were treated. As a result of the attack by the Russian military, two adults were killed: a doctor and a visitor to a medical facility. Another 30 are injured, 10 of them are children,» the message reads.
More than 700 policemen were involved in the liquidation of the consequences at the site of the shelling, which, together with rescuers, National Guardsmen and residents of the city, cleared the debris.
«Also, in the Shevchenkiv district of the capital, Russian terrorists completely hit a residential apartment building, the entrance to the building was completely destroyed. 12 residents died under the rubble, including three children aged 8 to 14, and another 25 people were injured,» the police added.
In the Dnipro district of the capital, as a result of a rocket attack on a medical center, nine people were killed and eight were injured.
We will remind you that yesterday, June 8, Kyiv was attacked — a rocket hit the premises of the National Children's Specialized Hospital Okhmatdyt.
As of July 9, rescue operations at the Children's Hospital in Kyiv have been completed.
