The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has received another batch of IT equipment funded by the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The total value of the aid is €7.5 million.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Defence, the aid includes server equipment, communications equipment and charging stations.
«With this equipment, we will increase the capabilities of the Defence Forces and will be able to implement digitalisation in the Ukrainian army faster,» said Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine for Digitalisation.
It is noted that this is the second tranche of assistance from the IT Coalition in 2025 — in January, Ukraine received equipment worth €3.3 million.
The IT Coalition is part of the Contact Group on Defence of Ukraine (format «Ramstein») and supports the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence in the areas of IT, communications and cybersecurity. It consists of 16 countries.
Earlier it was reported that Norway would allocate one billion euros in humanitarian and civilian aid to Ukraine in 2025.
