After the direct involvement of Russia's autocratic allies in the war against Ukraine, it can be considered the beginning of the Third World War.
This was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Great Britain, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, during his speech at the UP-100 awarding ceremony, reports «Ukrainian Pravda».
«I believe that in 2024 we can absolutely believe that the Third World War has begun. Because in 2024, Ukraine is no longer facing Russia. Soldiers from North Korea are standing in front of Ukraine. Let's be honest. Already in Ukraine, the Iranian Shahed drones are killing civilians absolutely openly, without any shame. Missiles of North Korean production are already flying into Ukraine, and they openly declare this. Chinese projectiles are detonated in Ukraine, Chinese parts are used in Russian missiles,» he said.
He emphasized that although the global conflict has already reached a new level, there is still a chance to stop it on the territory of Ukraine, but for this the world must take the necessary measures.
«What has been expected for so long has already begun. But I want to say that God himself gives a chance, not only to Ukraine, but also to the whole world, so that we still have time to draw the right conclusions. You can still stop here, on the territory of Ukraine. But for some reason, our partners do not want to understand this. It is obvious that Ukraine already has too many enemies. Ukraine will survive due to technology, but it is not known whether it will be able to win this battle on its own. Therefore, I believe that the world war, welcome — it has begun,» said Zaluzhnyi.
At the same time, the StratCom of the Armed Forces stated that Ukraine became the first country in the world against which an intercontinental ballistic missile was used.
We will remind that on the morning of November 21, Russian troops attacked Ukraine with intercontinental ballistic, aeroballistic and cruise missiles.
