In the evening of 17 February, Russian occupation forces shelled the Kutsurub community in Mykolaiv region with artillery. The attack left the village without electricity.

This is stated in the morning report of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

The attack damaged a private house and a power line in the village of Kutsurub. As a result, four settlements — Kutsurub, Ivanivka, Yaselka and Dmytrivka — were left without electricity.
