The Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) is the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, which works as a military administration while martial law is in force. It is responsible for civil protection, the defence of the region, humanitarian aid and other matters of running the region during the war.

Since 16 July 2026 the acting head of the Mykolaiv OVA has been Heorhii Reshetilov. Before that he spent more than five years as first deputy head of the administration. The previous head, Vitalii Kim, became Ukraine's Minister for Veterans Affairs.
