In Mykolaiv, unused funds from the programme to compensate for the purchase of generators for condominiums remained.

In a comment to NikVesti, the first deputy mayor of Mykolaiv, Vitalii Lukov, said that anyone who wanted to could take advantage of the programme.

«For the second year in a row, Mykolaiv has been running a programme under which we compensate half the cost of a generator purchased by a condominium. Anyone who wanted to could take advantage of it, and we didn't even specify whether it was a generator, a rechargeable battery, or some other type of alternative energy source. All of these were eligible. We asked for this all summer long, we shouted about it. We still have unused funds even for this programme,» said Vitalii Lukov.
