Two new schools will be built in the Bashtanka district of the Mykolaiv region

In 2024, the construction of two new educational institutions will begin in the Bashtanka district of the Mykolaiv region.

Vladyslav Dmytriv, the head of Bashtanka DMA, told about it, NikVesti writes.

According to him, new schools will be built in two territorial communities that have suffered the most as a result of the full-scale war.

— The cost of one new construction will be about 200 million hryvnias, said the head of RMA.

According to him, as a result of Russian shelling in the territory of the district, 6 educational institutions were completely destroyed, another 35 were partially damaged.

Despite this, 20 schools of the Bashtanka district today work in a mixed education format.

— We have 93 educational institutions, today 65 have resumed their work remotely, 20 work in a mixed form of education. Fortunately, these 20 educational institutions gave me the opportunity to study today, said Vladyslav Dmytriv.

We remind that at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on July 25, they decided to allocate 667.9 million hryvnias for the restoration of five objects in the Mykolaiv region. The projects will be implemented through the State Recovery Agency. The list included, in particular, the construction of the Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 51.

Earlier, Oleksandr Sienkevych stated that in Mykolaiv school No. 51, which was destroyed by a Russian missile attack, will be demolished and a new, modern institution with shelters equipped for children will be built in its place.

We also remind that the technical council under the management of capital construction of the Mykolaiv city council came to the conclusion that the building of the 51st lyceum must be demolished.

At the same time, the Department of Energy, Energy Saving and Implementation of Innovative Technologies of the Mykolaiv City Council ordered the development of design and estimate documentation for the repair and installation of windows and doors in school No. 51.

Subsequently, the Mykolaiv City Hall reported that the construction project of the Mykolaiv Lyceum No. 51, which was destroyed during the Russian shelling, will be developed by the summer of 2024.

We will also remind you that in Mykolaiv the Sweetanok charitable foundation will develop two working projects for the restoration of schools No. 7 and No. 48, which were destroyed as a result of Russian shelling.
