In Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv Oblast, they plan to build 26 multi-apartment buildings for immigrants.
During the briefing on December 11, the head of the Pervomaisk district military administration, Serhii Sakovskyi, told about this, NikVesti writes.
The project is expected to be implemented in several stages, and negotiations are currently underway with representatives of Denmark and other countries that can provide funds for its implementation.
«To date, the Mykolaiv RMA together with the territorial Pervomaisk city community have developed a project for the construction of 26 multi-apartment buildings. More than 3 billion hryvnias are needed to implement the project. This construction is planned for several phases, consultations are currently underway with Denmark and other countries that would be able to take on the costs of the construction,» Serhii Sakovskyi noted.
Since December 2022, more than 15,000 internally displaced persons have been accepted in Pervomaisk. As of December 1, 2023, this number decreased to 12,293 people. According to the official, this trend is connected with the de-occupation of the territories, which allowed many people to return to their native homes.
As a reminder, the Mykolaiv region received from the European Commission 468 modular houses with the necessary equipment for the residence of internally displaced persons and persons whose housing was destroyed/damaged as a result of military operations.
