After the night attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, the wreckage of Shahed was discovered in Moldova near the border.

The border police of Moldova published a photo of the wreckage found in the middle of the field, noting that it was identified as the wreckage of a Shahed-type UAV.

The drone was discovered near the village of Etulia in the Vulcănești district, which is not far from the Ukrainian towns of Bolhrad and Reni.

«We suspect that the wreckage found is one of the drones shot down by the Ukrainian anti-aircraft system,» the Border Police said, adding that there is no threat to local residents at this stage.

President Maia Sandu said that this incident is another reminder that Russian aggression is a threat to the entire continent.

«This is another serious reminder of the grim reality. Russian aggression is a threat to the entire continent. Ukraine's support should continue,» said the President of Moldova.
