The director of the company «Distributor Service» won a court case against the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC), whose employees imposed a fine of 34 thousand hryvnias on his company.

This is evidenced by the data of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions, NikVesti writes.

The plaintiff asked the court to annul the decision of the TRC. He said that it is illegal, because the representatives of the TRC during the inspection of the enterprise did not provide any documents that would confirm their authority and testify that they are members of the commission for checking the state of military records.

The entrepreneur also added that the inspection was carried out on May 15, 2024, and the report on the administrative offense was drawn up only on May 31, that is, in violation of the deadlines.

The court found that TRC employees did not provide the plaintiff with an inspection report, nor did they summon him to draw up a protocol. At the same time, the case file did not contain the identity card of the person who received the summons and conducted the inspection.

In total, in Ukraine, in recent months, Ukrainian courts have considered at least 34 cases in which citizens appealed fines from Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC) for violating the rules of military accounting. Of these, 30 cases were resolved in favor of the plaintiffs, and the fines were canceled.

At the same time, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion , employees of the territorial recruitment centers (TRC) in the Mykolaiv region have filed almost 5,000 reports on the search for people who are evading military service.
