In Voznesensk, the issue of increasing the cost of water supply and drainage is being considered.

In the August issues of the newspaper Day by Day, KP Water Supply and LLC Biological Treatment Plants published a request for a 22-34% increase in tariffs for water supply and drainage.

As Yurii Ishchenko, deputy of the Voznesensk City Council, reported on Facebook, the meeting of the working group for consideration of requests for tariff increases will be held on September 16.

Tariffs currently in effect at KP Water Supply:

  • Water supply for the population and budget institutions — 31.35 hryvnias, and 41.47 hryvnias is offered;
  • Water supply for economic entities — 28.72 hryvnias, and 38.53 hryvnias is proposed;
  • Drainage — 12.11 hryvnias, and 13.51 hryvnias is offered.

It is also proposed to increase the cost of services of Biological treatment facilities LLC, due to the unprofitability of the enterprise. Currently, the current tariff for water drainage there is 48.51 hryvnias, while the offer is 59.27 hryvnias.

If the new tariffs are considered and then approved by the executive committee, the cost of services will increase from January 1, 2024.
