Kim supported Zelenskyy's Victory Plan

The head of the Mykolayiv RMA Vitalii Kim supported the Victory Plan of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, which was presented on October 16 in the Verkhovna Rada.

He expressed his position to journalists after the meeting of the presidium of the congress of local and regional authorities on October 24, write NikVesti.

During the congress session, Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on representatives of the authorities at all levels to convey the Victory Plan to foreign partners.

«There are things that only our partners can provide, this is exactly what is stated in our Victory Plan. This concerns geopolitical certainty for Ukraine, including the invitation to NATO and the provision of assistance that can affect the nature of the war... We always work with our partners at all levels, I ask you to start this work at the level of your relations with the regions of other states, with communities and cities of other countries,» said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Vitalii Kim thanked the president's team for the presentation of the Victory Plan. According to him, it is important that foreign partners see the unity of Ukraine in the implementation of this plan.

«As for the congress, I am very grateful that the president's team presented its Plan and talked about the main provisions that we need. As I understand it, this is a joining of efforts so that our joint positions at the state, regional and community levels are united, so that our foreign partners understand that we are united in our goal of the plan to win the victory of the President of Ukraine. I personally believe that the help of foreign partners is difficult now, but we absolutely need it. That is why we must unite our actions for the sake of victory and move according to this plan,» noted Vitalii Kim.

The head of the Mykolaiv Regional Council, Anton Tabunshchik, also expressed his support for Zelenskyy's Victory Plan. He stated that each community of the Mykolaiv region will present the Victory Plan to its sister cities and other foreign partners.

«Ukraine does not have a second attempt, we have a common goal, and we must unite at all levels in order to realize as soon as possible the maximum of the positions that were announced,» said Anton Tabunshchyk.

What does Zelenskyy's Victory Plan envisage?

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Plan for Ukraine's victory in the war during the meeting of the Verkhovna Rada on October 16. The plan includes five public items and several classified applications. Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine's goal is to «change the circumstances so that Russia is forced to make peace.» He believes that the implementation of the plan may allow ending the war no later than next year.

The main points of the Victory Plan:

1. Geopolitical — Ukraine's invitation to NATO.
2. Military — increasing defense capabilities.
3. Deployment of non-nuclear deterrents.
4. Economic — recovery of the economy.
5. Security — strategies for the post-war period.
