Denmark has already transferred six F-16 fighters to Ukraine. Two more batches of planes are planned to be sent soon.

Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen stated this at a press conference with Volodymyr Zelenskyy, reports Hromadske.

It is noted that Denmark will provide Ukraine with 19 fighter jets. The remaining 13 planes will be delivered in two batches.

In addition, Denmark has been training Ukrainian pilots for these planes since the summer of last year.

We will remind that on August 29, the General Staff of the Armed Forces officially confirmed that Ukraine lost its first F-16 fighter.

The Pentagon is aware of Ukraine's loss of the first F-16 fighter. They noted that Ukraine did not ask for help in investigating the incident.
