In 2025, more than 51,000 square metres of housing were commissioned in the Mykolaiv region — almost one and a half times more than last year.
This is evidenced by data from the Main Statistics Department in the Mykolaiv region, according to NikVesti.

Earlier it was reported that in Mykolaiv, rents for one-room apartments increased by 20% over the year, and in Odesa — by 18%. Despite this, both cities remain among those where rent continues to «eat up» a significant portion of residents' income. At the same time, the cost of a one-room apartment in Mykolaiv is equal to almost 15 years of rent, and in Odesa — 17.7 years.
