On Tuesday, July 23, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Voznesensky district.

This was reported by the head of Mykolayiv RMA Vitalii Kim in the morning briefing.

According to him, the attack took place in an open area outside the settlement. As a result of the impact, the dry grass caught fire.

«The fire was promptly extinguished by firefighters. There are no casualties,» the message reads.

We will remind, on Sunday, July 21, at 4:59 p.m., the enemy attacked the village of Solonchaky of the Kutsurub community with an FPV drone. As a result of the impact, the building and the car were damaged.

Earlier, on July 19, the Russians attacked Mykolaiv. As it turned out, the blow hit a residential area of the city.

In addition to three houses, a kindergarten was also destroyed by the rocket attack.

An hour after the attack, Vice Mayor Vitalii Lukov said in a comment to NikVesti that three victims were known at the place of arrival, including a child. The mother of the boy who died as a result of a rocket attack is in a state of shock. Psychologists work with her.

The law enforcement officers started a pre-trial investigation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

It should be noted that previously the occupiers hit the city with an X-59 missile.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also reacted to the attack on Mykolaiv. He noted that now new solutions are needed to support the defense of Ukraine.
