In the evening of July 19, the Russian army attacked Mykolaiv.
The explosion occurred at 5:14 p.m., NikVesti reports.
A few minutes later, the mayor of Mykolaiv confirmed that there had been an explosion in the city. Later, Oleksandr Sienkevych said that the blow hit a residential area of the city.
As of 5:27 p.m., the head of Mykolayiv RMA Vitalii Kim reported that medics had arrived at the scene.
It should be noted that the air alert in the region was announced at 16:51.
At 5:10 p.m., the Air Force reported the movement of a missile in the Mykolayiv region.

5:46 p.m.: There is a victim in Mykolaiv as a result of a flight over the city, the mayor reports.
There are also victims, damage to the residential sector. All necessary services are working.
