Curfew is the time of night when, under martial law, people may not be outdoors or travel without a special pass. Since 22 September 2026 the curfew across Mykolaiv Oblast has run from 01:00 to 05:00. Violators face fines, and police in Mykolaiv detain people found on the streets after midnight.
