Electric cars

Electric cars are vehicles with an electric motor that are charged from the grid. In June 2026 the network of charging stations for electric cars in Mykolaiv grew to 25 sites, and in September 2026 charging cables were stolen from city stations twice. In the first half of 2026 more than 15,000 electric cars were registered in Ukraine, and demand halved over the year.
