Alla Riazhskykh

Alla Riazhskykh is a member of the Mykolaiv Regional Council from the European Solidarity party. As of September 2024 she chaired the regional council’s environment committee.

Riazhskykh has repeatedly opposed tree pruning in Mykolaiv. In August 2024 she proposed a three-year moratorium on heavy pruning. In January 2025 no city officials came to a committee meeting on the pruning of plane trees on Soborna Street, and the committee asked the police to look into the Mykolaiv Parks utility. In October 2025 she proposed a compromise for restoring the Andriivskyi forest after fires, and in August 2026 she spoke about protecting 200-year-old oaks in Voznesensk.

In March 2026 she sued former colleague Svitlana Fedorova for defamation, and in July 2026 a court ordered Fedorova to record a video retraction.
