legal regime in Ukraine during the war

Martial law is a special legal regime in force in Ukraine during the full-scale war, together with general mobilisation. Both are extended every 90 days: the president submits bills, the Verkhovna Rada votes, and the president signs the laws. In November 2023 the Rada extended martial law for the ninth time, and in July 2026 it was extended until 31 October 2026.

MykVisti reports on every extension of martial law and mobilisation: when the Rada votes, how long the regime lasts and when the president signs the laws.
