Bullying: harassment of children at school and online, complaints from parents and liability for those responsible.

Over three years, 21 complaints of bullying in schools were recorded in Mykolaiv Oblast, and some were not confirmed. In Ochakiv the mother of one of the bullies and the school director were held administratively liable after a 12-year-old pupil was harassed by classmates. A 2024 survey found that 51.3% of pupils in grades 5–9 had been bullied at least once.
