Prague Civil Society Centre

Prague Civil Society Centre is an organization that supports and develops civil society and independent media in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. Their activities focus on providing grants, conducting training sessions, and facilitating professional exchanges for activists, journalists, human rights defenders, and other civil society leaders.

The organization offers flexible funding to support innovative projects aimed at engaging new audiences and enhancing the resilience of civic initiatives. Their programs include grants, events, exchanges, as well as training and skills development for civil society leaders.

Since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the organization has provided €4.2 million in grants to Ukrainian independent media and civil society. Their partners address critical issues such as combating disinformation, documenting war crimes, and mobilizing the global community in support of Ukraine.
