«Time is running out, the clock is ticking»: Biden called for further assistance to Ukraine

US President Joe Biden said that the death of Oleksii Navalnyi reminds Americans that the US should continue to fund Ukraine.

He announced this at a press conference in the White House.

«This tragedy reminds us of what is at stake. We need to continue funding Ukraine so that Ukraine can defend itself against Putin's monstrous aggression. From his crimes,» said Joe Biden.

The US President reminded that the Senate voted for this bill by a majority of votes. He further added that history is watching the House of Representatives and if the US fails to support Ukraine at this critical moment, history will not forget it. Biden said it would go down in history and have huge consequences.

«Time is running out. The clock is ticking. All of us must understand that we are dealing with Putin,» the US president said.

As you know, the Russian opposition politician Oleksiy Navalnyi died in correctional colony №3 in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

Russian authorities claim that he felt ill after the walk and passed out almost immediately. Medical workers urgently arrived at the colony, and employees also called an ambulance crew. Resuscitation did not help, doctors only stated the fact. The causes of death are being established.
