Lgitimate Business: How many companies from southern Ukraine have been included in the register of conscientious taxpayers

In the Mykolaiv region, 174 companies and 19 sole traders have been included in the register of conscientious taxpayers. In the Odesa region, there are significantly more such businesses — 348 companies and 28 sole traders, whilst in the Kherson region, only 14 enterprises and two sole traders made the list.
This is according to data from the OpenDataBot analytical platform, as reported by NikVesti.
It should be noted that the register includes companies and entrepreneurs who operate transparently, pay taxes on time, submit reports and have no ties to Russia.
In total, the so-called «White Business Club» in Ukraine comprises 8,991 members — 18% more than at the end of 2025. The vast majority are companies — 93% of the list. At the same time, the register also includes small businesses: there are currently 581 sole traders.
The largest number of conscientious taxpayers is registered in Kyiv — 1,921 companies. Next in terms of the number of businesses are Dnipropetrovsk region (774), Lviv region (638), Kyiv region (609) and Kharkiv region (428).
The register most frequently includes enterprises from the transport trade and repair sector — 1,773 companies, or 21% of all participants. Almost as many operate in the agricultural sector — 1,652 businesses (20%), whilst a further 1,453 companies represent the processing industry.
It should be noted that in the first quarter of 2026, the number of sole traders in the Mykolaiv region increased by only 158. By comparison, in the Odesa region the increase was 775 sole traders, whilst in the Kherson region their number fell by 224.
It was previously reported that in January 2026, 664 new entrepreneurs and companies were registered in the Mykolaiv region. At the same time, 584 sole traders and enterprises ceased operations. And over the 11 months of 2025, more than seven thousand sole traders closed down in the region.
