AMCU found collusion in 11 procurements for medical facilities in Mykolaiv region and Kherson region

The Antimonopoly Committee checked 11 procurements that were carried out for the needs of communal medical institutions in Kherson region and Mykolaiv region.
This is reported by the Southern branch of the Antimonopoly Committee.
The auditors found signs of collusion between the participants and fined them 777,000 hryvnias.
During 2020-2021, services were procured for the needs of communal medical institutions in the Mykolaiv region and Kherson region. It is about maintenance of the software, which was synchronized with the electronic system «Polyclinic without queues».
The Antimonopoly Committee checked 11 such purchases for the total amount of 2 million 749 thousand hryvnias. Two companies participated in all tenders: PE «Synergia» and FOP Artash V.O. The inspection established a number of facts that indicate that the firm and the entrepreneur repeatedly resorted to collusion, which distorted the results of the auctions.
Earlier, the Antimonopoly Committee found signs of a violation of the legislation on the protection of economic competition by the Kazankivka settlement council during the sale of a plot of land that was communally owned.
