Denmark finances the construction of a new administrative services center in Mykolaiv

The new Center for the provision of administrative services will open in the Factory district of Mykolaiv at 11/5 Tsentralnyi Avenue.

As Mykolaiv City Council reports, the project is implemented in cooperation with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC). Most of the work will be financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Recently, a public procurement was conducted through the Prozorro platform and a contractor was identified. According to the project, he has to perform a whole set of works.

It should be noted that according to the data of the public procurement system ProZorro, the cost of the works will amount to 9 million 345 thousand hryvnias. Of these, 8 million 175 thousand will be provided by the DRC, and the budget of Mykolaiv will finance only part of the works in the amount of 1 million 170 thousand hryvnias. The company «ITC «MYKOLAIVBUD» became the contractor. A tripartite agreement between the executor of the works, the Capital Construction Department of the City Council and the Representation of the Danish Council for Refugees was concluded on July 31.

According to the tender documentation, the contractor will have to repair the premises, make a water supply and drainage system, buy the necessary equipment, make ventilation, as well as a fire alarm system, modular gas fire extinguishing system, heating system, security alarm system, access control and video surveillance. The entrance to the building will be equipped with a ramp to ensure accessibility for citizens with limited mobility, and the surrounding area will also be landscaped.

According to the terms of the contract, ITC «MYKOLAIVBUD» must complete all works by December 10, 2024.
