Administrative Service Centers (ASC) in Mykolaiv provide citizens and legal entities with a wide range of administrative services. Several ASCs operate in the city:

  • Central District: 20 Admiralska Street. Working hours: Mon–Thu 09:00–17:00, Fri 09:00–16:00, Sat 09:00–16:00 (residence registration only), Sun – closed. Contact phone: (0512) 37-00-20.

  • Korabelnyi District: 314 Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue. Working hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 09:00–16:00; Tue, Thu 10:00–20:00; Sat, Sun – closed. Contact phone: (0512) 60-07-50.

  • Inhulskyi District: 1 Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue. Working hours: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 08:30–16:00; Tue 10:00–20:00; Sat, Sun – closed. Contact phone: (0512) 25-33-98.

As of November 2024, there is no ASC in the Zavodskyi District of Mykolaiv. However, a new ASC is planned to open at 11/5 Tsentralnyi Avenue. Preparations are ongoing, and the opening is expected soon.

Key services provided by ASCs:

  • Residence registration and deregistration.
  • Issuance of internal and international passports.
  • State registration of property rights and encumbrances.
  • Business registration for sole proprietors and legal entities.
  • Provision of extracts and certificates from state registers.

For convenience, ASCs feature an electronic queue and allow for advance appointments. It is recommended to confirm the current working hours and the list of services using the provided contact numbers.
