The Administrative Service Centres in Mykolaiv processed over 85,000 applications last year

The Administrative Service Centres in Mykolaiv processed over 86,000 applications in 2025. The heaviest workload fell on the Administrative Service Centre in the Central District — 39,390 applications, followed by the Inghlskyi district with 29,822, the Korabelnyi district, which resumed operations after renovation in April, with 9,355 applications, and the Zavodskyi district, which opened in August, processing 7,412 applications.

This was reported by the Department of Administrative Services of the Mykolaiv City Council in response to an information request from NikVesti.

Thus, the heaviest workload was recorded at the Administrative Services Centre in the Central District. Whilst at the start of the year it received around 2,600 visitors per month, by summer this figure had exceeded 3,000. The largest influx occurred in October — nearly 4,800 applications. By the end of the year, the figures had fallen slightly but remained high — over 3,800–4,000. At the start of 2026, the pace did not slow: over 4,000 visits in both January and February.

The Ingulsky District Administrative Services Centre has seen a gradual increase. While 1,685 services were provided in January 2025, by the summer this figure had risen to over 2,700. By the end of the year and in early 2026, the figures exceeded 3,000 — specifically, 3,665 in February 2026.

The Administrative Services Centre in the Zavodskyi district of Mykolaiv, which began operations on 26 August 2025, has since received its first 682 applications. In the following months, the number of applications rose, reaching 1,925 in December; however, in 2026, the figures fell to 992 in January and 547 in February.

The Administrative Services Centre in the Korabelnyi district began operations following renovation on 4 April 2025. In April, 748 services were provided here, and 835 in May. In the summer, the figures rose to 1,274 in July, after which they stabilised at around 1,000–1,200 applications per month. In February 2026, 1,068 services were recorded.

It should be noted that residents of Mykolaiv are complaining about problems with joining the electronic queue for state registration of property rights. This concerns the Administrative Services Centre in the Inhulskyi district. T

The complaint states that it is almost impossible to obtain the service of state registration of property rights at the Administrative Services Centre in the Inhulskyi district. In the electronic queue, as a Mykolaiv resident notes, places, if they appear at all, are instantly reserved.
