The Russians attacked two communities in the Mykolaiv region: a kindergarten was damaged

During the past day on August 1, Kutsurub and Ochakiv communities were under enemy fire several times. There are no casualties.

This was announced by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.

So, at 1:17 p.m., the enemy hit the water area of Ochakiv community with a mortar. Also at 2:29 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:41 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., the enemy attacked the Kutsurub community with attack drones, including FPV.

«As a result of one of the shellings in the village of Parutyne, a non-working kindergarten was damaged. As a result of another shelling in the village of Dniprovske, a fire broke out in a farm building and dry grass, which was quickly extinguished by firefighters,» the report said.

In the evening, around 8:35 p.m., the area was hit by a rocket attack, as a result of which a dry grass fire broke out on the territory of the infrastructure object. The fire was extinguished promptly.

During the day, there were no casualties as a result of the shelling.
