«On the other side, the roof is about to collapse»: the ceiling continues to collapse in the Mykolaiv dormitory

Residents of the Mykolaiv dormitory at 107/2 3rd Slobidska 107/2, where the ceiling collapsed on December 15, were forbidden to climb the stairs. There is a danger that the rest of the roof will not hold up either.

Residents of the family-type dormitory posted a corresponding message on Facebook.

«What do we have on the second day, after the roof fell! The Emergency Service (SESU, — note) verbally forbade the residents of the 4th floor to use the stairs, where the destruction occurred, on the other side, the roof is about to collapse, it can be seen on the video,» the message says.

According to the residents of the building, the head of the State Enterprise Zhytlobud is currently dealing with the issue. They plan to repair the collapsed area. However, they do not plan to completely repair the roof itself.

«Residents found the master again, he came, took a look and refused to climb on the roof, he says it's dangerous! And there have already been more than a dozen such masters who will see and refuse,» the residents complained.

We remind you that this is not the first such incident in this dormitory. Residents of the family-type dormitory have already complained about the inaction of the managing company Zhytlobud, which does not respond to the problems of the building, namely, the collapsed roof, constantly leaking ceilings and poor living conditions of the residents.
