In the Odesa region, a paramedic of a local emergency medical aid station was detained, who is suspected of targeting enemies in one of the region's port cities.

This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.

It is indicated that the Russians tried to obtain the coordinates of the bases of the personnel and ships of the maritime guard of the State Border Guard Service. For this, they involved a 39-year-old paramedic of the local emergency medical aid station.

«According to the instructions of the occupiers, their henchman collected intelligence information during trips to the coastal area, in particular during calls to the ambulance. The traitor displayed the received information on a Google map, and then sent screenshots to his supervisor from the FSS,» the message reads.

Investigators of the Security Service informed the man of suspicion under part 2 of Article 111 (treason committed under martial law) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The perpetrator is currently in custody. He faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

We will remind that three girls aged 19 to 23 were detained in Odesa on suspicion of coordinating Russian strikes.
