Today, September 15, Russian troops attacked a multi-story residential building in Kharkiv.
This was announced by the Mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.
«Fire, destruction. Information about the victims will be available later,» said the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov.
According to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, 25 victims are currently known, three of them children.
