However, the document has not yet been made public on the ministry's website. In the press center of the Ministry of Education, the editors of NikVesti explained that the document was not received for publication, because this section was closed on the website by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers at the beginning of the war.

The document itself states that the facility was inspected on October 30. In his post, Denys Zhelo points out that prior to this, employees of the Office of Strategic Investigations in the Mykolaiv Region detained Serhii Tkachenko for selling the university rector's diploma.

«For a separate reward, bypassing the legal procedure for admission to higher education institutions, Tkachenko enrolled men conscripted into full-time education. The number of new students shocked even the ministerial commission,» writes Zhelo.

In the document itself, there are about a thousand students of bachelors, junior specialists and specialists, although the last levels of education were abolished in 2016.

Note that according to Opendatabot, «Mykolaiv Polytechnic International University of Technology» is a private institution founded in 2003 with a charter capital of 50 million hryvnias. In 2023, the university's income amounted to almost 9.5 million hryvnias.

Since October, Yevheniia Poliakova has been the head of the institution.
