A girl's body was found from under the rubble of a house in Odessa

On the evening of March 3, the body of another child was recovered from the rubble in Odesa. Currently, it is known about 5 children who were killed by a drone attack on a high-rise building yesterday, March 2.

Oleg Kiper, the head of Odesa RMA, announced this.

«Another dead child is the girl Zlata. She was 8 years old. The rescuers are now unblocking them with their brother Serhii's body. Unspeakable terrible grief for Odesa and all of Ukraine,» he said.

Attack on Odesa on March 2

In Odesa, during a night attack on Saturday, March 2, a Russian drone hit a nine-story building, destroying one of the entrances.

Initially, it was reported that two people died, but later the bodies of three more people, including a three-year-old boy, were recovered from the rubble. Subsequently, the number of victims as of 18:00 was 7 people, including two children. One child was 3 months old.

The city and region announced mourning for those who died as a result of the Russian attack on the night of March 2.

On Sunday, March 3, the bodies of two more victims — a woman and a baby — were found under the rubble of a high-rise building in Odesa.

Later it became known that 4 more people may be under the rubble.
