The body of a 42-year-old resident of Transcarpathia was found in the Tisza River. In total, this is already the 29th fatal case during an attempt to cross the border by river.

This was reported by the State Border Service (SBSU).

We will remind that the total number of cases of death detected by the border guards, if we add difficult-to-access mountainous areas or other areas of the border, there are already more than 35 of them.

The spokesman of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine explained that the Tisza River has a fast current and a dangerous bottom, so men trying to escape the country often lack the strength to cross it.
