Another 11 children were returned to Ukraine from the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of Kherson RMA, reported this.
According to him, two orphan girls aged 10 and 13 were returned to the territory controlled by Ukraine. In addition, it was possible to return nine children who have parents or one of them, i.e. 5 girls and 4 boys, aged from 1 to 16 years.
«Currently, the children are in a safe place where they receive the necessary medical and psychological assistance. This became possible thanks to the charitable organization Save Ukraine, guardianship and guardianship authorities, as well as the service for children of the region and children's parents,» Oleksandr Prokudin said.
As a reminder, since the beginning of 2024, more than 50 children have been returned from the temporarily occupied Kherson region.
Also, a minor child who had not seen his parents for two years was recently returned from the occupation.
