In September, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, will present a plan for the victory of Ukraine to the President of the United States, Joe Biden.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this at the «Ukraine 2024. Independence» forum.

He noted that the success of this plan depends on whether Ukraine will be able to achieve its goals in the war with Russia. Zelenskyy also plans to pass this plan on to the US presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

Zelenskyy emphasized that whether Ukraine will be able to obtain the necessary resources to continue the struggle depends on the support of the United States. The plan includes several key areas, including Ukraine's strategic place in the world's security infrastructure and a powerful package of forcing Russia to end the war through diplomatic means.

The President also noted that one of the important elements of the plan is the Kursk operation, which has already helped stop Russia's offensive in the Kharkiv direction.

«Kursk region is part of our victory plan. One of the directions, a part of which has already been completed, is Kursk. The second direction is the strategic place of Ukraine in the security infrastructure of the world. The third direction is a package of coercion, a powerful package of coercion of Russia until the end of the war by diplomatic means. The fourth direction is economic,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy added.
