Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha has said that Ukraine has already identified a list of countries that are ready to send their troops as part of the future security guarantees system.

He said this in an interview with «RBC-Ukraine».

«We are already at the stage of discussing the details. The details are geography, number, mandate. And on 15 March, the summit of this coalition was held with the participation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Consultations with national security advisers are ongoing through Andrii Yermak. That is, these are no longer abstract ideas, but things that are not being discussed, but implemented,» said Andrii Sybiha.

He stressed that the support of the United States is «extremely, critically important». The Minister also acknowledged that there is no consensus among partners on Ukraine's membership in NATO, but this strategic course is enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine.

Other security guarantees include air patrols, the involvement of the air fleet, the deployment of allied air defence systems, and support for the Ukrainian defence industry.

Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that a detailed discussion of security guarantees for Ukraine would take place if Russia agrees to 30 days of silence.
