The final declaration of the Global Peace Summit in Switzerland will indicate the guilt of Russia, which launched a full-scale war against Ukraine, causing massive human suffering and destruction.

This was reported by the Reuters agency, which has read the document.

In particular, the document declares that any use of nuclear energy and nuclear installations must be protected and environmentally safe. Therefore, Ukrainian nuclear power plants and installations, including the Zaporizhzhia NPP, must operate under the full sovereign control of Ukraine and in accordance with the principles of the IAEA and under its supervision.

The previous word «aggression» was removed from the draft declaration and replaced with «war».

The parties also declared that global food security depends on the uninterrupted production and supply of food products. Therefore, free, full and safe merchant shipping, as well as access to the seaports of the Black and Azov Seas, are critical.

Attention was also paid to the exchange of prisoners of war «all for all» and the return of all deported Ukrainians, especially children.

At the same time, the text states that in order to achieve peace, it is necessary to involve both sides of the conflict in the dialogue.
