President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy approved the candidacy of the former secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksii Danilov for the position of ambassador of Ukraine to Moldova.
This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in his evening video address.
It is known that Oleksii Danilov was dismissed from the post of Secretary of the National Security Council on March 26.
«Oleksii Danilov will continue his work in the diplomatic field. And more specifically: I approved his candidacy as the new ambassador of our state to the Republic of Moldova,» said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to the Ukrainian president, Oleksii Danilov had exactly such a vision of his future work for Ukraine.
«For us, Moldova is an extremely important country. Both from the point of view of security challenges in the region, and from the point of view of our bilateral cooperation,» Volodymyr Zelenskyy added.
We will remind how the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi appointed a new spokesman for the Air Force.
