Construction of a new residential complex in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region, according to the project, may take almost seven years.
NikVesti was informed about this by the Department of Architecture and Capital Construction of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.
However, RMA expects to build a new residential complex twice as fast — in three years.
«81 months — in the case of work being performed one after another. The third stage of works takes the longest implementation period — 36 months, i.e. 3 years. Accordingly, under the condition that construction works are carried out in all four stages in parallel, the total construction time will be 36 months,» it was reported there.
In general, the construction of a neighborhood for immigrants involves four phases of work:
- Phase I — construction of 5 buildings with 338 apartments, with a total cost of 741.3 million hryvnias. It is assumed that 1259 residents will live there.
- Phase II — construction of 3 buildings with 195 apartments, with a total cost of 368.8 million hryvnias. It is assumed that 726 residents will live there.
- Phase III — construction of 12 buildings with 780 apartments, with a total cost of 1.4 billion hryvnias. It is assumed that 2904 residents will live there.
- Phase IV — construction of 6 buildings with 390 apartments, with a total cost of 769.8 million hryvnias. It is assumed that 1452 residents will live there.
«That is, a total of 26 houses are planned to be built! Which gives a sufficiently long implementation time,» added in RMA.
The total cost of construction is 3.3 billion hryvnias. Currently, there are no funds for the construction of a new residential neighborhood, so this project was added to the DREAM unified digital system.
Residential microdistrict in Pervomaisk
3.3 billion hryvnias are needed for the construction of a residential microdistrict for displaced persons in Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region. This complex of 26 multi-apartment buildings is intended only for the temporary residence of displaced persons, and the transfer of ownership of the apartments is not envisaged, the deputy head of Mykolaiv RMA Valentyn Haidarzhy informed NikVesti.
Later, it became known that the implementation of the project is planned in several stages, and negotiations are ongoing with representatives of Denmark and other countries that can provide funds for its implementation.
However, for almost two years, none of the investors and international partners showed a desire to finance the construction of a residential microdistrict, said Yevhen Skarlat, deputy head of the department of urban planning and architecture of Mykolaiv RMA.
