In Mykolaiv, they are planning to reconstruct the Lisky micro-district, which suffered as a result of enemy shelling. Denmark undertook to finance these works.

The total cost of such works is 99.9 million hryvnias, write NikVesti with a link to data on the DREAM state system website.

In general, we are talking about two projects: reconstruction of the Lisky-1 microdistrict for 55.5 million hryvnias and Lisky-2 for 44.4 million hryvnias.

Mykolaiv City Council is designated as their initiator and executor. Neighborhood reconstruction projects include the following stages:

Damage assessment. This is the first step in which specialists must conduct an analysis of structural damage to buildings, infrastructure and other systems.

Planning. This is the development of a reconstruction plan, taking into account the needs of the residents of the neighborhood, modern safety standards and efficient use of space.

Restoration of infrastructure. It is about the restoration and modernization of communication networks (water supply, sewerage, electricity networks), roads and other necessary infrastructure facilities.

Construction and renovation of residential buildings. This includes the restoration of damaged buildings and the construction of new ones, taking into account modern construction technologies and energy efficiency.

Safety and security. This is the consideration of safety aspects in planning and construction, including fire safety systems and other measures.

The destroyed house at 54 Krylov Street

The enemy hit the house at 54 Krylova street in September 2022. Then the building was hit with missiles of the S-300 type.

It became known in mid-October 2023 that the apartment owners at 54 Krylov Street refused to dismantle part of the dilapidated building. Then the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the City Council reported that they did not know how to solve this problem.

Later, the mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Sienkevych, explained that the fear of the locals is caused by the fact that their plots of land may become the object of construction of estates. At the same time, Dmytro Bezdolnyi, director of the Housing and Social Services Department, said that if the locals continue to refuse to demolish the building, they will have minimal chances to restore the building in the future.

In November 2023, the residents of the high-rise building ordered an independent examination of the building half-destroyed by enemy shelling, which gave the answer that the house can be restored.

For a final understanding of whether the destroyed entrance of a high-rise building at 54 Krylova street is subject to restoration, the Department of Housing and Communal Services ordered a third examination. She recommended demolishing 8-10 floors of the seventh entrance.
