Residents of the building on 32 Admiralska Street, which was hit by a rocket, are asking the authorities to install a temporary roof during the cold season to prevent the building from being completely destroyed.

The resident of the building, Mykolaiv builder Viktor Zahorui, told about this in a comment to the correspondent of «NikVesti». He represents the interests of the residents of the house.

As you know, on the night of July 20, Russian troops launched a missile attack on Mykolaiv. As a result of the impact, a three-story residential building was destroyed.

The next day, representatives of the city authorities announced plans to demolish the building completely.

A local resident explained that the first three sectors of the building were only partially damaged by the impact. The fourth entrance is completely destroyed, for the restoration of which they independently ordered an examination.

Currently, during the period of frost, the house must be covered with a tarpaulin or film to prevent its complete destruction.

— Now the autumn-winter period is coming, there will be rain, snow, frost. The house may collapse even more. We wrote an appeal to help us close the roof, only this question. We are not asking to rebuild the house, it can only be asked after the decision of the examination, if there is a positive answer. The fourth section, which was destroyed, was demolished there. We cleaned everything, the utility workers helped us take out the garbage. Now we are asking to make a roof, 480 square meters for two entrances — for the second and third, because there is no fourth. The residents and I independently at some point made a monolithic overlap on the roof, which remained intact, so the roof can be made. The covering of the third roof is intact, yes, damaged, but it is intact due to the fact that it is concrete. You know what kind of winters we have, this is the worst for open translation, besides, it is dangerous under the influence of temperature. The house will collapse if there is no roof. At least temporary, at least cover with a film, — said the resident of the house.

He also said that they wrote appeals to the mayor of Mykolaiv Oleksandr Senkevych, the head of Mykolaiv RSA Vitalii Kim, as well as to the people's deputies of Mykolaiv, but the residents of the destroyed building have not yet received any response.

— No one is helping us yet. We wrote an appeal to the mayor, but no one has yet responded, I understand that they are also waiting for the response of this examination. They wrote appeals to the head of the RSA, wrote to our people's deputies. Well, there is no answer yet. We ask to restore the roof of the roof in any version. When they wrote, they thought it was real... I don't know what they were waiting for. Maybe it would collapse sooner, — he said.

It will be recalled that an elderly couple died in the house during the attack. First, a man's body was taken out from under the rubble. A little later, the woman's body was pulled out.

Due to the impact, the building of the regional center of folk art, which housed the house of pioneers in Soviet times, where the poet-songwriter Mark Lysyanskyy began his creative career, was also destroyed.
