The water utility began to restore the collector, which collapsed and flooded the basement of a house in Mykolaiv with sewage

The emergency service of CP «Mykolaivvodokanal» began to restore the work of the collector, which collapsed and flooded the basement of the building in the Inhul district with sewage.

Mykolayiv City Council deputy Ramil Ahabekov told NikVesti about this, responding to residents' appeal for help.

We will remind that five months ago in the house at 27-B Myru Avenue, the basement began to be flooded with sewage. Residents complained that neither the water company nor local deputies paid attention to the problem until now.

In turn, Ramil Ahabekov said that he contacted the specialists of the utility company, who said that the problem lies in the collector, which needs to be restored. At the moment, sewage has begun to be pumped out of the basement.

— Contributed to the prompt solution of the problems of residents and their homes. After contacting the water utility, I received information that the problem lies in the collapsing pipe of the collector. Today, work on the recovery of the collector continues. Sewage from the basement of the house is being pumped out, — the deputy said.

We will remind that in Mykolaiv, residents of buildings near the Hvardiiska stop on Heroiv Ukrainy Avenue complained about a pit filled with water at the entrance to the yard, which has been dug for 5 months.
