In Mykolaiv, the heating season started on November 14, but as of the evening of November 21, there are still more than 400 apartment buildings in the city without heating.
The Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv, Yury Andrienko, explained that the situation with the connection of houses to heat is dynamically changing, due to emerging surges in networks, he said in a comment to NikVesti.
— The situation is dynamically changing both in one direction and in the other. Unfortunately, the coolant was supplied at an improper pressure, and taking into account the state of the networks, new gusts appeared, some of them quite serious. 305 buildings out of 738, i.e. 37%, are currently receiving heat carrier from the CHP. 1,218 buildings out of 1,237 are connected to regional heat, i.e., the percentage of connection is 99%, — Yurii Andrienko commented.
The vice-mayor did not provide specific figures regarding the number of breakthroughs, noting that this is incorrect information. One of the most serious gusts was recorded at the intersection of Pogranichnaya and 9 Slobidska Streets, where work has already begun to eliminate the accident.
— I won't say how many gusts there were today. Because it will be an incorrect number. I can say that there were 4 very serious breakthroughs, how many there were in total is beyond me. One of the last ones is at the intersection of Pogranichna and 9 Slobidska Streets, where a rather serious volume of work must be carried out. We hope that by the end of the day we will eliminate the problem and use this main line again to supply heat to people, — he commented.
Regarding the social sphere, Yurii Andrienko noted that the objects that should be serviced by the utility company Mykolaivvoblteploenerho are fully connected.
— Because there are technological processes associated with the start of heat and such conditions that the start of heat begins with an air temperature of no higher than +8 for three days in a row. There are also a lot of technological issues, they are related to payment for gas consumption. Tests on cold water were carried out on time and repeatedly. We eliminated all the problems on the heating networks, everything was fine. The social sphere, which should be served by the utility company, is fully connected. It is necessary to deal with each specific address, with each specific institution, — he notes.
Yuriy Andrienko also adds that not all managers of condominiums and management companies took a responsible approach to the issue of preparing buildings for the heating season. Not all houses have systems flushed and other routine work done.
— Mykolaivoblteploenerho did not 100% connect the houses to heating, this is connected with the technological process. «Unfortunately, not all management companies, condominiums, and departmental housing did not prepare properly, did not carry out regular work, and now they are reaping the fruits of their inaction,» said the vice-mayor.
We remind that as of the evening of November 20, there were dozens of apartment buildings in Mykolaiv without heating. In several districts of the city, repair works of heating networks are ongoing.
It was previously reported that the Mykolaiv Thermal Power Plant company had connected half of the total number of consumers in Mykolaiv to heat as of the evening of November 18.
We remind that in September, the CHP reported that it was 92% ready for the start of the heating season. The company only has to complete renovation work on two large areas.
In general, the 2023-24 heating season in Mykolaiv began on November 14. After that, Mykolaivoblteploenerho reminded the residents of the housing stock what to do in cases when heat is not supplied or the temperature does not meet the standards.
First Deputy Mayor of Mykolaiv Vitalii Lukov said that they plan to connect all residential buildings of Mykolaiv to heat in a few days. To do this, the employees of the CHP and regional thermal power plant are currently working on the elimination of surges.
