In Mykolaiv, only 8% of buildings supplied with heat by OKP Mykolaivvoblteploenergo received system readiness certificates.
As reported by the utility company, all work on the preparation of heat consumption systems was to be completed by September 15.
«Ignoring the necessary work, the balance keeper purposefully disregards the norms of the current legislation, provoking residents to be left without heating at all. Since the heat supplier reserves the right not to supply the coolant in the absence of a certificate of readiness of the indoor heating system for the winter season,» the company noted.
It was also reported there that you can find out whether the house is ready for the heating period as of September 15, 2024 by following the link.
«Let us remind you, even before the end of the heating period of 2023-2024. OKP Mykolaivovblteploenergo has already sent more than 600 orders to all housing and operating organizations (management companies), condominiums, legal entities, budget institutions and other consumers, so that immediately after its end, the balance holders take all the necessary measures to improve the heat supply of objects and the rational use of heat of energy,» the message reads.

Before that, it was reported that Mykolaiv would not have time to build a new heat network on Pohranychna Street before the beginning of the 2024-2025 heating season due to a lack of funds. Although the director of Mykolaiv thermal power station Dmytro Myroshnychenko assured that the workers will have time to complete these repair works.
We would like to remind you that the new tariff policy of Mykolaivoblteploenergo will provide for the introduction of a permanent subscription fee throughout the year, and during the heating season, the population will have to pay additionally for the supply of heating medium to the residence.
It was previously reported that as of September 2, infrastructure facilities in the Mykolaiv Region were 78% prepared for the new heating season
