Poster research on increasing the borshch indexThe most expensive plate of borshch is in establishments in the Mykolaiv region (130 hryvnias) and Kherson region (129 hryvnias), followed by Kharkiv region (120 hryvnias) and the city of Kyiv (110 hryvnias). Instead, the lowest prices for a Ukrainian dish are in Ternopil region (60 hryvnias) and Sumy region (65 hryvnias).
For example, in Mykolaiv cafes, borshch costs on average from 134 hryvnias to 220 hryvnias.
