The dispensary will be built in the village of Mostove by the end of the year: ₴7.7 million will be spent on it

By the end of 2024, a family outpatient clinic is planned to be completed in the village of Mostove, Domanivka district, Mykolaiv region. Another 7.7 million hryvnias are provided for this.

The customer of the works is the Department of Urban Planning, Architecture, Capital Construction and Support of Development Projects of Mykolaiv Oblast.

According to the tender documentation, the contractor must complete general construction works, carry out all necessary communications, make ventilation, heating system, fire alarm, lightning protection, electric lighting, provide the hospital with a computer network and technological equipment by December 31, 2024.

At the same time, he must improve the surrounding area, install small architectural forms, arrange a garbage dump, and also landscape the area.

The total cost of the construction of the dispensary in the village of Mostove amounted to 14.3 million hryvnias, according to data on the website of the DREAM state system. All funds for the construction of the medical facility were allocated from the state budget, it is indicated there.

It is worth noting that even before the full-scale war, the dispensary construction project was implemented under the «Big Construction» program. As of September 2021, the Mykolaiv RMA reported that the builders of the contracting organization had already completed the masonry of the partition walls and had begun work on the masonry of the gable. Also imported metal-plastic products for installation.

In 2020, a contract for the construction of the facility for 11.1 million hryvnias was signed with the company «Building firm «Sporuda». She was supposed to finish all the works by the end of the same year, but the deadlines for the completion of the works were postponed several times. In August 2023, the company announced the termination of its activities, so the contract with it was terminated. In total, 6.6 million hryvnias were paid to the contractor.
