Mykolaivoblenergo called on consumers who managed to recover with electricity to use resources sparingly and not to overload the network in order to avoid repeated accidents.

They wrote about it in the Telegram channel of the utility company.

It was reported there that the process of restoring electricity supply to consumers affected by emergency shutdowns is ongoing. According to energy experts, this process is technologically complex and long, so residents are asked to be patient.

«We are doing everything possible to return the light to all consumers as soon as possible. However, only after we make sure that the equipment withstands the load and the power supply is stable, we can talk about an even distribution of outage hours and a return to the hourly outage schedules (HWP),» the message reads.

Energy experts emphasize that a stable electricity supply is possible only under the condition of a conscious and balanced approach to the use of electricity.

«We understand that after a long blackout, people want to charge all their devices at once. But the networks remain unstable, and overloading can lead to new accidents,» Mykolaivoblenergo noted.

The company appealed to residents to avoid turning on a large number of electrical appliances at the same time after the light appeared. This especially applies to powerful devices such as electric heaters, boilers and washing machines.

«Help us restore electricity! Use electricity sparingly so that everyone will have light in the future,» the message reads.

We will remind that Mykolaiv and 70% of the region have been without electricity for more than 30 hours due to the consequences of massive rocket fire that happened on the night of November 28.

The lights in the city went out around 5:40 a.m. on November 28. Despite an attempt to restore the supply, electricity appeared only briefly in the evening, after which it disappeared again. The head of RMA Vitalii Kim assured that the damage has already been detected, and the electricity supply will be restored by noon on November 29.

As of 12 o'clock, Vitalii Kim reported that the recovery of subscribers has begun. The lights will be turned on according to the schedules.

Despite the power outage, a number of measures have been implemented in Mykolaiv to ensure stable life, Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych said.
