In the Kherson region, the list of settlements where mandatory evacuation of the population has been announced has been expanded to 50 due to the increase in victims of Russian strikes, including children.

The list also includes micro-districts of the regional center — Hydropark and Naftogavan, the head of the Kherson RMA, Oleksandr Prokudin, said.

According to him, during the last month, as a result of Russian strikes in the region, twice as many victims among civilians have been recorded. There are also children among them.

Therefore, a decision was made to expand the geography of mandatory evacuation. Shliakhove, Tomaryne, Novooleksandrivka, Honcharne, Novodmytrivka, Romashkove and Pershotravneve were added to the list of points with mandatory evacuation.

«I ask everyone who remains in communities with a difficult security situation to evacuate. Take care of children's lives. Give them the opportunity to learn, develop and live in safety,» stressed Oleksandr Prokudin.

We will remind, in the village of Kindiika in the Kherson region, a man and a woman were injured as a result of an attack by a Russian drone. A woman died in Kherson as a result of Russian shelling.

Last day, the Russians shelled Kherson and 14 settlements in the region. One person died, 11 were injured. The airstrikes damaged buildings and residential areas.

The Russian army also attacked the utility company of the Kherson City Council — «Khersonelectrotrans». 24 trolleybuses, infrastructure and contact network were damaged.
